I love fantasizing about cool ways to get fired cause I really hate my job tbh...
One of my favourite scenarios involves me showing up to work with a blade up my ass. I would go about my day normally, until somebody notices the blood on my dress. 
At this point, I would proceed to have a loud meltdown, drawing the attention of the whole office as I strip naked on my desk and begin to further mutilate my anus with the knife. 
After my bunghole is sufficiently ruined to the point that I will never be able to hold in a poop again, I would then thrust the blade deeper inside myself and completely mangle my colon and part of my intestines. The dislodged, bloody bowels would prolapse as I furiously pull out the knife...
Finally for the coupe de grace, I would proceed to rub my dangling bloody disbowelled viscera over some important company documents while screaming incoherent ramblings about capitalism and the government until security arrives to take me away lol
