Fun fact: Hifumi was originally supposed to be a phantom thief as well with the codename "Shogun". Judging from what I talked to her about, she would have been the strategist of the group instead of Makoto, but the phantom thief aspect was cancelled due to not having enough palaces in the allotted time frame (since there wasnt a third semester in the original game).

At least she kept her strategist part in the final product, allowing me to swap out party members and leave any fight without using a vanish ball (think flashbang)
