Im almost positive that it would be a different looking baby because a clone is having EVERY genetic and dna copied to a tee but if you fuck a female (or male version for girls) then there are gonna be slight differences in size, shape, bone structure, etc. especially if your a male and your child is a girl.

The baby would be different, sexual reproduction takes parts of both parent's chromesomal makeup and rearranges it. There would be recessive genes that could be reactivated, and epigenetic shifts from the X chromosome being copied 3 times (assuming a male source and female clone). The risk of down syndrome would be extreme, as would many other hereditary conditions, dwarfism for example.
