Well, as it turns out, One for All doesnt just stockpile strength. It also stockpile the previous user's quirks. It also adds each wielder to one tor all, kinda like the previous incarnations of the Avatar from ATLO. So maybe it wont be a giant stretch to say that other parts of the previous users were also stockpiled, like libido and other junk like that.
